Dear sir,

            My brother have got papitation for over years and done ECG,show that incomplete right bundle block.Is this condition serious?He also have sleep apnoea and have loud snoring.What is the cause and is this related to RBBB?Thanks u sir

If incomplete RBBB is seen in ECG,it may not be serious as complete heart block.It may be due to congenital or not.It may also be related to sleep apnoea,emphysema and other lung diseases.If complete heart block(both RBBB and LBBB) is seen,he probably may need a pacemaker.
